Gregory James Fillpot

Our beloved husband, father, son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend, Gregory James Fillpot, returned to heaven unexpectedly on July 23, 2023 at the young age of 45. Greg was born in Ogden Utah on July 17, 1978.

Gregs caring spirit and generous heart could be felt by anyone he came in contact with. He had a special gift of not only seeing the good in people but bringing out the best in them as well. Greg loved his job and was one of the best journeyman lineman around. He always enjoyed making people laugh, especially his wife and children. Greg was an avid lover of the outdoors and spent much of his free time with his family going on trips, hiking or enjoying a day at the beach. His love for nature and the outdoors were only surpassed by the love he had for his family.

The relationship he had with his wife was like no other. They shared an unbreakable bond. Greg was a wonderful father and always made sure he spent quality time with his children. Suzanne was his best friend and confidant. They were inseparable through all of the good times and the bad even as his addiction became harder and harder for him to battle.

Greg was selfless and put others first. He was fun loving, outgoing and vivacious. He was an example to so many and a shining light to all who knew him. When you think of Greg, celebrate the good memories you have of him. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest. He will be missed more than any words could express, but will be forever in our hearts until we meet again.

Greg is survived by many family and friends including his wife Suzanne Fillpot and his stepson Jaiden Weaver and his two daughters Brooklyn Fillpot and Brynlee Fillpot.
