Dominic Luiz Rice, 61, of Oxnard, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024. He was born October 24, 1962 in Hermosa Beach, CA and had been a Ventura County resident for 25 years. Docminic proudly served our country in the United States Coast Guard. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
